I love the idea of 'fivers.' Honestly, taking a five-minute walk during a mind-numbing day at work might be a life saver. :) I had never heard of Gabrielle Bernstein before, but I find her intriguing. I'm also interested in the whole idea of meditation, but I'm not entirely sure I could pull it off without some type of physical movement (ie yoga) to center/focus me. Maybe it's one of those practices where you can start off with small goals and then expand?!
Linday, I have been so bad lately about leaving my desk unless I need to pee! This was a great reminder for me of how important it is to just take even 5 minutes to regroup. Getting into meditation is something I'm also trying to figure out. I think small goals are where it's at! Hope you are well too! :)
